Choose this option if it's your first appointment with this practice. This option is perfect for anything related to hormonal health and gender affirming care for all genders, such as perimenopause, hormone replacement therapy or testosterone optimization therapy, contraception, PCOS, PMDD, metabolic health such as diabetes or insulin resistance, or any chronic conditions such as recurring bladder infections, recurrent thrush, pelvic pain or sexual discomfort, endometriosis, and discussions around your sexual health. I have a special interest in neurodivergence (including co-occuring conditions such as chronic fatigue, pain, hypermobility or dysautonomias). I am also able to help with diagnosis of ADHD, discussions around other neurodivergence and management of anxiety related to this.

The consultation fee is R1600 which is payable at the appointment. In this appointment we will do an in-depth discussion into your medical and surgical history, a physical examination if indicated, and a chat about your goals and expectations going forward.

Choose this appointment type if you've previously had an appointment.

For discussions around blood results, new medications and their effects, weaning meds, or any things related to ongoing or chronic conditions, please choose a 40 minute slot.

20 minute slots can be used for quick discussions around scripts, or acute things like a bladder infection or thrush.

Hour long consults can be chosen to patients who have complicated chronic concerns, or for in-depth discussions around mental health.

Choose this option if it's your first appointment with this practice. Ideally, initial consultations should happen in person to ensure that any physical examinations can take place. However, online discussions are great for an introduction to most chronic or challenging problems.

The consultation will take place via video call.

Script repeats cost R150.

Schedule 6 repeats which must be done every 30 days - I am able to offer a 6 month automatically recurring script at a discounted rate of R750 up front.

Scripts will be sent after POP has been received.

If you have not had a consult for more than 6 months, or your script is complicated or requires change, you will most likely be asked to make an appointment.
