Choose this option if it's your first appointment with this practice. This option is perfect for anything related to hormonal health, such as perimenopause or testosterone optimization therapy, contraception, PCOS, PMDD, metabolic health such as diabetes or insulin resistance, or any chronic conditions such as recurring bladder infections, endometriosis, and discussions around neurodivergence and mental health concerns etc.

The consultation fee is R1100 which is payable at the appointment. In this appointment we will do an in-depth discussion into your medical and surgical history, a physical examination if indicated, and a chat about your goals and expectations going forward.

Choose this appointment type if you've previously had an appointment, or you know Dr Milton from another practice. You can choose this option if you have a less complicated complaint, or have just a few things to sort out. If you are uncertain about which time option to choose, please send us a whatsapp.

For discussions around blood results, new medications and their effects, weaning meds, or any things related to ongoing or chronic conditions, please choose a 30 or 45 minute slot.

15 minute slots can be used for quick discussions around scripts, or acute things like a bladder infection or thrush.

Choose this option if it's your first appointment with this practice. Ideally, initial consultations should happen in person to ensure that any physical examinations can take place. However, online discussions are great for an introduction to most chronic or challenging problems.

The consultation will take place via video call.
