Choose this option if it's your first appointment with this practice. This option is perfect for anything related to hormonal health and gender affirming care for all genders, such as perimenopause, hormone replacement therapy or testosterone optimization therapy, contraception, PCOS, PMDD, metabolic health such as diabetes or insulin resistance, or any chronic conditions such as recurring bladder infections, recurrent thrush, pelvic pain or sexual discomfort, endometriosis, and discussions around your sexual health. I have a special interest in neurodivergence (including co-occuring conditions such as chronic fatigue, pain, hypermobility or dysautonomias). I am also able to help with diagnosis of ADHD, discussions around other neurodivergence and management of anxiety related to this.

The consultation fee is R1600 which is payable at the appointment. In this appointment we will do an in-depth discussion into your medical and surgical history, a physical examination if indicated, and a chat about your goals and expectations going forward.

20 minute follow up for discussions around blood results, new medications and their effects, weaning meds, to talks about chronic scripts, or acute things like a bladder infection, thrush or STIs.

Choose this option if it's your first appointment with this practice. Ideally, initial consultations should happen in person to ensure that any physical examinations can take place. However, online discussions are great for an introduction to most chronic or challenging problems.

Please note: If you are booking from outside of South Africa, it is very possible that I will not be able to script medication in your country. You may require a local doctor to implement any of our treatments discussed.
